Keith Parsons - Board Member (April 2012)

Keith Parsons started with New Foundations Nonviolence Center (NFNC) in November 2009. Keith approached NFNC because of his deep-set, personal belief in forgiveness and affording individuals in our society second chances. One of the big issues our society faces today is crime and overpopulation of our prisons. Keith believes the NFNC and its programs are an excellent solution to this difficult-to-solve problem.

Keith has significant professional experience in public accounting, serving clients, and industry, as a global corporate controller. Currently, Keith is a partner with McGladrey & Pullen and RSM McGladrey. Prior to McGladrey, Keith worked with a “Big Four” accounting firm for several years and was the corporate controller for Crocs, Inc. during the time of their initial public offering. Keith also had the opportunity to work and live in London, England for 2 years.

Keith has a strong background in community involvement and non-profit volunteer work. He has been actively involved in his church and has participated in numerous fundraising and volunteer activities through both work and church.

Keith was born and raised in Anderson, Indiana. Keith graduated from the Indiana University in 1995 with a degree in business with a specialty in accounting. He married a fellow Indiana native and is the father of two. Keith moved to Colorado in 2003 and has been an active member of the community since his arrival.
